Steffani grew up in Meridian, Idaho, where she developed a lifelong love of movement and sports. She played a variety of sports throughout her childhood, with a special passion for soccer and track, experiences that helped shape her interest in human performance and rehabilitation.
She attended the University of Utah for her undergraduate studies, earning a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. During college, Steffani worked in physical therapy clinics, gaining valuable hands-on experience that solidified her desire to pursue a career in physical therapy. She went on to attend Idaho State University, where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018-and met her husband along the way.
Since graduating, Steffani has worked in both neurological physical therapy and outpatient orthopedic settings, allowing her to care for patients with a wide range of conditions and goals. She has completed continuing education with a focus on concussion management and functional manual therapy, and she is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care to help patients return to the activities they love.
Outside of the clinic, Steffani enjoys camping and hiking with her family and spending quality time with her husband and their two sweet daughters.
